An Alien child?

Many times it’s possible to take advantage from news that seems to be spectacular. This short video is more interesting because it gives even more freedom to our imagination. Besides of the baby with obvious birth abnormalities in her appearance or malformations (like in her hands)… the video is spoken in Japanese. This detail makes the video more complicated if you try to give to it the right context. In YOUTUBE the tape was shown as a
supposed “Alien boy”. However we don’t know much about the origin of the images and less about what we are watching. What do you think about this film?

This is what the narrator is telling in Japanese:

This is the baby of the rumors. It’s a girl, and her birth weight was 5, 5 lb.
All her body is covered by 2-3mm skin like pupal which is going to be adult.
She drinks milk a lot, so her digestion seems fine,
but her mother Hawaya (?) can’t rest enough because of many visitors.
